The challenges you face are complex, nuanced, and interrelated. So it doesn’t make sense that a one-size-fits-all solution would give you what you need. That’s why so many of the projects I take on are multi-dimensional, drawing on a variety of tools and techniques to help you get where you want to be going. In addition to my facilitation, training, and assessment services, I often add other components as needed – coaching, communications, research, strategy, project management – to get things done.

Working with you, I place the focus on your goals, instead of trying to make them fit some pre-existing solution. (Let’s avoid that “everything-looks-like-a-nail-when-you-only-have-a-hammer” phenomenon, shall we?) At our first meeting, I’ll interview you to get a good picture of your needs and situation so that we can together determine the best way to proceed. And if your needs don’t match up with my areas of expertise, I’ll let you know and will do my best to connect you with a consultant who would be a better fit.
